Task: Trusted to learn about the new email marketing software Bronto that was used by an acquired brand. Report back how GSM can utilize Bronto to establish effective email marketing. 
Challenges: 
1. Employee who previously used Bronto and was meant to assist was fired
2. Discovered through research that Bronto was set for end of life come May 2022
3. Needed to find an effective alternative to Bronto
Solutions: 
1. Used online resources to research Bronto and used Bronto's FAQs to better understand the software
2. After discovering Bronto was set for end of life, negotiated with account executive to terminate our contract with a refund. Was successfully refunded for remaining months left on contract.
3. Discovered GSM had previously been using a GetResponse for their email marketing. Transferred contacts from Bronto to GetResponse and began utilizing GetResponse to improve GSM's email marketing 
Completed Project: Once the brands and lists were transferred to GetResponse I was able to move forward improving GSM's email marketing through list cleaning, improved email design, and more frequent emailing.
